“There was more than a need for the concept,” says Jacobs of The Hidden House’s multi-dining vibe, a focus the team put a lot of thought and detail into before opening the doors for business last summer. Though the footprint of The Hidden House is small (it seats 34 guests), beyond the iron entrance gate, the property offers four different dining experiences in one location, according to Jacobs. For those looking for a casual dining experience, there is the front courtyard which has a mix of high and low tables, misters, a 15-seat outdoor bar that offers a glimpse into the cottage and the kitchen, and hanging outdoor lights. Enter through our iron gates as you’re harkened back to a simpler and more enchanting time, reminiscent of when we effortlessly celebrated life over great food and drinks. The timeless elegance of the house offers fine dining options for an elegant evening out, an anniversary, or a business dinner. When Michael is not behind the bar "which is rare", he is playing the drums for his local garage rock band, Echo Bombs.
